8 Pork Loin Steaks
1 Bottle Three 333 Threes BBQ Rib Sauce
1 Onion Sliced
Serve with Potato Garlic Chive Mash and Steamed Green Beans & Baby Carrots
Slice onions and add to slow cooker. Add half the bottle of sauce then the steaks evenly on top of the sauce around the slow cooker not overlapping.
Pour remaining sauce on top
Cook on high for 2 hours. Then turn cooker off with lid still on to rest while you prepare the sides. Place serving plates in oven on “warm plates” setting or very low oven for 5 minutes.
Make the mash with chives and steam the carrot and beans (allow 1/3 cup potato per person, 1 cup steamed vegetables per person)
Serve on warm plates.
