This was based on a hospital dinner and it is one of my favourites.
It doesn’t require much cooking except the chicken breast fillet.
1 Chicken Breast Fillet
1/2 Gravox supreme chicken gravy pouch
1 Cup Tomato Soup (Salt reduced Heinz)
1 Yoplait for me’ vanilla yogurt
1 Garden Salad :
1 handful mixed leaves
3 cherry tomato,
1Tb lite French dressing
In non stick skillet cook chicken until cooked through
Open corner of gravy pouch and microwave for recommended time. Save half for another meal
Open 1 small can soup and pour into ramekin and heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes until heated through
Make garden salad while chicken is cooking cutting tomatoes in half, cucumber into rounds then half, and mixing all together with dressing and leaves then place into ramekin.
Enjoy the yogurt for dessert
