This is a very quick breakfast to put together and it uses very few ingredients
Can also be made the night before and kept with clingfilm over top of the cup in fridge. Then its just a matter of grab a spoon and go.
1 Tub yogurt
1/2 Punnet Strawberries or other berries of your choice
30g CSIRO Heart Cereal or muesli
Layer half the yogurt on the bottom of a plastic throw away cup
then add 1/2 qty of berries then 1/2 qty of cereal and repeat
Tip: if you want a syrup from the berries heat them in a tsp of sugar on stove in pot until the sauce starts to appear. you can make it a coulis by melting the strawberries in the sauce then blitzing them in blender if they haven’t broken down.
